A healthy meal soup with broccoli and smoked chicken! This is the summer version of the winter pea soup. Only this broccoli soup is less powerful and nice and light .

What do we need to make broccoli soup with smoked chicken?
- Vegetable stock (about 1 liter)
- Large broccoli sprout
- 2 outings
- 1 large potato
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic (as desired)
- 1 smoked chicken fillet (organic)
- Pepper and sea salt
- Fresh basil
Make, shake & Bake
1.Cut the onion and the garlic finely (or pressed) and fry them in a pan.
2.Make the vegetable stock and set it on low heat.
3.Peel and cook the potato in a separate pan. Cook the potatoes al dente.
4.Cut the broccoli and add it to the stock and bring to the boil.
5.Do not boil the broccoli too long because otherwise you boil all the vitamins out. Drain the potatoes and add them to the stock and the broccoli.
6.Let it simmer for a few minutes. Season to taste with a good amount of pepper and salt (as desired).
7.Mix the soup bit by bit in a blender and add 2 hands of fresh basil with mixing.
8.Pour the broccoli soup into the soup bowls. Now cut the chicken into cubes and put them in the middle of the bowl on top of the soup.
