Stroganoff is on the menu today . Vegetarians then quickly choose something else. As of today, that will change. Nutritious & Fast has compiled a delicious vegetarian stroganoff. Even the real  meat lovers are going to love this recipe. It is a recipe with a delicious taste sensation. Have you gotten a crap?

Unpolished rice is becoming increasingly popular and is sometimes even chosen over the white rice. Unpolished rice has a nutty flavor compared with the white rice. With white rice, the membrane has been removed, leaving white rice that lacks the taste of nuts. There are a lot of fibers in the membrane. All rice varieties contain vitamins B1, B2 and B6.

What you need (2 servings)

  • Spinach – 200 grams
  • Mushrooms – 200 grams
  • Crème fraîche – 200 grams
  • Unpolished rice – 160 grams
  • Tomato paste – 140 grams
  • Parsley – 15 grams
  • White onion – 1 piece
  • Red pepper – 1 piece
  • Garlic – 1 toe
  • Red pepper – 1 piece
  • Smoked paprika powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Make, Shake & Bake

  1. Prepare the unpolished rice as indicated on the package.
  2. Cut the onion into small pieces. Put a little oil in the pan and fry the onion for about three minutes.
  3. At the moment the onion is fruiting, cut the mushrooms and red peppers into pieces.
  4. When the onion is soft, add the mushrooms and peppers. Leave this on a low heat for about five minutes with a lid.
  5. Cut the red pepper in half and remove the seeds. Then cut the red pepper into small pieces.
  6. Chop the garlic clove and add the red pepper and garlic in the pan.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Now add the crème fraîche, tomato paste and smoked paprika to the mixture. Stir well again.
  9. Cut the spinach into coarse pieces and add it to the mixture. Stir in the spinach.
  10. Let this bake for two minutes on low heat so that the spinach shrinks.

Serve the stroganoff with the cooked brown rice and finely chopped parsley. Enjoy it!
