A life without music, can you imagine it? I do not namely. I listen to music every day and preferably all day long. Music sometimes makes you think back to nice moments. I always have memories of certain songs. They can give me a happy feeling that motivates me and makes me feel very happy and cheerful as if I can go all the way around the world.
This also applies to sports. Setting up music while your sport can be very motivating, and it also makes exercise a lot more fun. Lie like a taco rolled up in a blanket on the couch and if you just not get up? Then put on that one super motivating band to get yourself in the mood. Get that booty off the couch!
Everyone has that one song (with me it’s a whole playlist, but that aside ) of which you start dancing spontaneously. That one jam on which your hips spontaneously begin to swing and you just can not sit still. Find the music that motivates you. Have not you found your fave song yet? Good news! We have managed to get hold of the most streamlined work-out playlists of the moment. Not only does the Dance Workout playlist from Spotify do very well, but we also have a list of which motivational power playlists your feet are coming from. You do not have any more apologies now
