salad niçoise

Are you looking for a good filling lunch or dinner for home or on-the-go? Then this salad from our friends of Nutritious and Fast is perfect! This salad niçoise is an original French recipe and absolutely not boring when it comes to taste. For the athletes among us, this dish contains a lot of protein, in the can of tuna is as much as 76 grams. Enjoy your meal🙂

What do you need?

  • 300 grams of potatoes
  • pepper and salt as desired
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 40 grams of rocket
  • 1 can of tuna on water
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of black olives
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 el. wine vinegar
  • 1 tl. coarse French mustard

Make & Shake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put water on the fire for the beans and cook the eggs half soft
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut into long parts
  3. Place the wedges on the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper
  4. Hustle together and place in the oven for 25 minutes
  5. Dip the green beans and boil them with a little salt in the water in 10 minutes
  6. Put the arugula in a large bowl
  7. Drain the tuna and add to the rucula
  8. Add the olives
  9. Cut the red onion into rings and add too
  10. Add the potato and the green beans (drained) as soon as they are done
  11. Make a dressing of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard and pepper and salt to taste
  12. Add the dressing to the salad and mix
  13. Divide the salad over two plates
  14. Peel the eggs and cut in half
  15. Serve the salad with the eggs
