Yogurt is healthy and is full of calcium. Calcium is a mineral that you need for proper functioning of the muscles, nervous system, blood clotting, cell growth and hormone metabolism. In addition, calcium helps you to strengthen your skeleton.

What you need (1 portion)

  • Full yogurt
  • Fiber mix – 1 tablespoon
  • Goji berries – 15 grams
  • Oat flakes – 20 grams
  • Walnuts – 35 grams
  • Raspberries – 50 grams

Make & Shake

  1. Pour the amount of yogurt you need in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle all ingredients over it and enjoy!
