smoothies

Smoothies are becoming increasingly popular! And that is not just. A smoothie gives you immediate nutrients and is therefore also the ideal fuel to start the day!

We regularly drink a smoothie for breakfast or as a snack. They give you extra energy because smoothies are rich in important nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Certainly if your sport, a smoothie can be good for your stamina or give a boost to your muscle recovery. We have put these 3 delicious powers for you in a row! We use protein powder for extra taste. You can also obtain these on a vegetable basis.
